Do I need both products?
No. Most teams and departments start with the Jira Plugin (€3/user/mo) for roadmap automation. The Strategy Application (€14 /user/mo) is for executive teams who need strategic planning frameworks like OGSM and OKR. They work together beautifully, but each delivers value independently.
Why is the Strategy Application more expensive?
The Strategy Application is built for C-suite and senior leadership—typically 10-50 users maximum. It provides enterprise strategic planning frameworks, what-if analysis, and portfolio management. Most organizations have 100+ people using the Jira Plugin but only 10-20 using the Strategy Application.
Can I try before I buy?
Yes! The Jira Plugin includes a 14-day free trial—no credit card required. For the Strategy Application, contact our sales team to schedule a personalized demo with your actual data and use cases.
What's included in Enterprise Services?
Enterprise Services are optional add-ons available as separate contracts. Your subscription pricing stays the same. Options include: self-managed installation (deploy on your infrastructure), guided implementation (hands-on onboarding), and premium support (dedicated channel with custom SLA). Contact us to discuss your deployment needs.
How does billing work?
Jira Plugin: Pay monthly (€4/user) or annually (€3/user, save 25%). Add or remove users anytime.

Strategy Application: Annual billing only at €14/user/month, minimum 5 users. Custom invoicing available for Enterprise Services (including license), regular subscriptions managed with Stripe.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Monthly subscriptions can be cancelled anytime. Annual subscriptions remain active until the end of the billing period. No cancellation fees.
Can I use one license for multiple Jira instances?
Yes. With an Enterprise license. A single license can cover multiple Jira instances, including both Data Center and Cloud. Your license includes a user allocation per product. For example, 150 Data Center users and 50 Cloud users. All your Data Center instances share the same DC user pool, and all Cloud instances share the Cloud pool. Contact our sales team to set up an Enterprise agreement.
Is my data secure?
Absolutely. We're SOC 2, GDPR, and ISO 27001 ready. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest, with triple-layer tenant isolation. Weekly security audits, zero cross-tenant leaks. Enterprise customers get additional security features like SSO/SAML and custom data retention.
